WHO IS THIS ASSOCIATION ?

The members of this new professional association are installers, pumpers, manufacturers, system designers, inspectors, educators, regulators, and affiliated businesses. Our membership represents all areas of the state, including Las Cruces, Albuquerque and the East Mountain area,  Santa Fe, Taos, Ruidoso. 

Bill McKinstry, serving as executive vice president of the association, is a professional manager/organization developer with 30 years experience in leading and directing professional associations, having directed for the Santa Fe Association of REALTORS for 11 years, the New Mexico Society of Association Executives for 14 years, and the New Mexico Funeral Service Association for  6 years.  Bill manages member records, communications, services and budget for the association, while promoting growth of new membership and member services.  He has shown a growth in size and scope of nearly every organization he has managed, and has started new organizations from scratch.
